Monday, January 16, 2012. Getting Back on Track. Come on last 5 lb. Bring it on! I am currently working on abs, I am doing some of Jillian Michaels' work outs but trying to focus on abs by adding crunches in daily. However nobody is going to see these abs, if I ever develop any, if I don't get rid of the belly fat that lies over top of them ;). If anyone has any killer, fail proof ab work outs. let me know!
