He is so grumpy some days that I thought this was the perfect name! Let me share with you some information I found:. IDEAL MEAL PROCESS ( Rules of the Pouch ):. Eat your meals five hours apart or you will get too hungry between meals. Eat finely-cut meat and raw or slightly cooked vegetables with each meal.
