I'll keep checking in here but I really just want my back to heal. I hope this is nothing more serious than a pulled muscle, because I have crappy health insurance. I don't think I'll be updating pics for the 60 days.not much has changed so far. On the plus side.juicing feels good! I've been drinking about 64oz per day of freshly squeezed fruit/vegetable juice. I still eat other food, so it's not a juice fast, but I'm eating only whole foods - nothing processed, no gluten, no dairy. RHC = Red Hot Core.

At 60 pounds less than where I am today I'll weigh the same I did in college - 143. I worked out regularly and felt fit back then. I've never been a skinny girl - I've always been strong, muscular. So we're shooting for that weight. 2 My fasting blood sugar will be below 95, on 5 out of 7 mornings that I test. I guess that's enough goals for now. No need to go completely crazy.
