From FAT to……………………. A weight loss story from a fat guys point of view. 5 oh man….5. But I did it all and did it better than I did the first time. My wife came in and helped me out a bit. She stopped as she had a meeting. But again thanks for showing. Its nice having support from the wife. July 10, 2009. Day 4, I am right on my way…. They say that you need to get the old out before you put in the new. Well I have been eating pretty good, and have been working out a lot! July 9, 2009. Day 3 ab ripper!

Look ma, only 33 more lbs to get to my first goal. man really? 33 lbs. That is a toddler. But can you imagine how easy these workouts are going to be if I actually shed some of this excess weight? My Weight Loss Journey. My Weight Loss Journey. My Weight Loss Journey. No workout yesterday, was my day off, I suppose. Went to the evening class tonight. I was a little apprehensive, due to the heat (it was still 100 degrees outside at 7pm), but it wasn’t so bad. However, there was a little breeze, that once drenched with sweat, actually felt good. lol. So the WOD (workout of the day) was as follows. 50 double unders/box jumps (I did box jumps, hubby did double unders). 40 double unders/box jumps.
