After 12 wonderful years of brick oven baking, we have made the difficult choice to discontinue bread production. We cannot possibly express enough our gratitude to the community for welcoming us and our bread into your hearts and homes. In 2003 Annie Bakst and Robert Hunt established Bohemian Bread on an 1830s farmstead in East Calais, Vermont. Robert has 35 years' experience in food service, baking and specialty coffee. Annie is the owner and creative director of Yellow Pop Group, a virtual marketing agency.
