I can't wait to try this one! Baked Pears with Vanilla Yogurt and Granola. 2 medium pears (Bartlett or D'Anjou pears). 1/2 cup apple juice. 3 (6-ounce) containers low-fat vanilla yogurt. 1/2 cup low-fat granola. Mint leaves, optional. Yield: 1/2 pear plus 1/4 of yogurt mixture, per serving. Tools of the Trade.
