If you've been paying any attention to the San Francisco real estate market in the last year or so the constant refrain has been "low inventory" (along with "soaring prices", of course). As if we had any doubt, our bi-weekly survey of new listings. Has just been posted and it shows the number of new listings for the two-week period ending 7/6/2015 to be even lower than the comparable period last year.
