A blog to let family and friends know what's happening with us here in Vancouver. Monday, October 08, 2007. A Simply Delicious Birthday. Last Friday was my wife, Bian Yean's, birthday. She likes this place that Ana took us all to a while back, an Asian fusion restaurant called Simply Delicious. So that's where we went for her birthday dinner. She still gets comments on how young she looks, and is pleased that most people wouldn't peg her for the mother of a 2-year-old. Birthday girl posing with Justin.

My mom told me that sea food dinners can cost an arm and a leg. Its intended for those timber tycoons to whom $ $ is just a drop of water in the ocean. The main distinguishing landmark is a giant size sea horse facing the sea. Its almost three storey high. There's a marina in there if you look hard enough.

It was quite unfortunate that he was here from Monday to Friday (needlessly forgetting that some of us has to work). Luckily, I manage to take one day off to bring him to the mountain.
