Villa Arbutus and Kadushi. If you choose to rent your Bonaire condo out as a vacation rental, we will be happy to assist. These 2 bedroom condos can rent for $800.00-$1000.00 per week. Additional Services which will be made available include:. Stocking the fridge with basics. Acting as tour operator for first time vistors. Pick up at the airport (drop off at appropriate car rental). Monthly rental maintenance fee is set at 20% of monthly rental. Yearly Property tax per condo is projected at $1200.00.

We had planned to be breaking ground by this time but the downturn in the global economy over the last 2 years has slowed progress.
