Friday, May 14, 2010. Madison has a large head. We found this out when she was about five or six months old. She has great hair to cover this beautiful head of hers. It's thick and getting longer. At the ends it has just a slight curl to it. Love it! It is getting longer as I said and so I wanted to try doing piggy tails, full head pig tails not just the partial ones that I do. So. I guess Madison's biggest problem is that I am such a perfectionist! This next picture is Madison telling me she is done!

Friday, July 23, 2010. The last two mornings Madison has still been asleep when I have had to leave for work. She really doesn't like this. Saturday, April 30, 2011. Today I ran my first 5K. It's kinda crazy to think this is now just a "practice race", seeing as this was originally my goal when I started running. This was a "fun run" put on by Salt Lake Running Company. There was no entrance fee and a free shirt. Talk about my idea of a good race! I'm glad that we did it. Saturday, October 16, 2010. Well today we decided to go the pumpkin patch today. Madie wasn't the happiest of little pumpkins today, but we headed out despite the melt downs! When we got there we found us a cart to carry our "lut" in. Madie was the first of the pumpkins to go along for the ride. We stopped to go through the maze. Madie did a good job leading us through! Daddy didn't waste any time finding some good pumpkins. Madie did a good job of finding one herself. I love this job of being a mommy!

Friday, September 3, 2010. NEW DISTINCTION - NEW PERSPECTIVE. Dog sitting - gus. He was right at home sleeping on the bed. We got 'pinked' by the carbon high drill team. Shauri's sister - Natalie - did it. On Monday - August 30, 2010 - I had surgery on my right eye to replace the natural lens that had a cataract on it with a new, crystal clear, bright , shiny artificial lens. WOW! The windows need cleaned - the stars in the sky are a pinpoint instead of huge starbursts - there is ONE moon!

Happenings in Clovis, NM. Tuesday, April 29, 2014. We went to Mustang Island on Friday to camp on the beach. It was so much fun. The weather was amazing. The moon was so majestic and it was so fun to sit in the sand by the campfire and hear the sounds of the ocean, the crickets, the crackling fire.just awesome. And I might add romantic after we got the kids into their sleeping bags, hehe.). Peter got up early so I took him out of the tent and we watched the sun rise. We got a cute video of the hunt.
