Tuesday, September 12, 2006. I have just received my new contract for this University Job:. 35 hour working week. 30 days annual leave 8 bank holidays 3 closure days. Yeah take it from a guy who is now on a 35 hour week as opposed to a previous 37.5 hour week. those 2.5 hours make a whole load of difference! Starting back at Uni. Monday, October 02, 2006. The box is huge. It is at least 50% bigger than the other towers in the office and weighs a ton. I know from experience that these high performance PC's get very hot when the processor is hammered with a big CFD job, but as it is currently only downloading redhat updates, so the massive cooling equipment is keeping the metal plate on the front nice and cool. Monday, September 11, 2006. It occurs to me that I haven’t made nuisance of myself in some time. So I thought I was have a go at tell tesco something that irritates me about one of their newest campaigns. Firstly, let me say that I am impressed with the latest tesco green clubcard points initiative to encourage the re-use of polythene carrier bags. I consider the advertisement to be misleading as it portrays events leading to gaining green clubcards points that do not occur when shopping in your stores.

It would have been nice to learn on snow in the Milton Keynes XScape however that is over an hour away whereas Bracknell dry ski slope is fifteen minutes down the road from my flat (and cheaper I might add). This is prompted by our trip to Vancouver and San Francisco. Next month where we are going up to stay in Whistler.
