The benefits of going heat-free. Since August, I've been working on cutting out heat to keep my ends neat, moisturised and ultimately retain length. I had cut the flat ironing down to once a week but still wasn't satisfied with the amount of heat I was using. Stylin' it up for Christmas. Hope you've been having a lovely time these last couple of days. I just thought I'd check in to show you how I wore my hair for Christmas. It definitely wasn't a planned style but I thought it came out surprisingly cute. Begins and it's my aim to use no heat at all, so I thought I would take this opportunity to be bad. After all, Santa's already visited my house (and bought me a hair steamer. say what? The blog post is coming soon! So I can start being good again in 2016.

My Third Keratin Treatment. It's been such a long time since I last posted. I've been so busy with my last year of university, going on holiday and then starting a new job. But now I'm back to blogging, so I thought I'd start with a post about the Brazilian Keratin Treatment (BKT) I received today. I blogged about my first BKT here. So after combing through hours of you tube videos and read pages and pages on blogs I crafted a regimen that I believe will get me there. I have two wash days per week because of my exercise regimen.
