You know those movies where the mother is panting or screaming in the passenger seat and the father is driving like a maniac to get her to the hospital before baby comes? Caleb Dallin Childers born at 5 lbs. 15 oz and 19 inches long. Ten minutes after we arrived at the hospital. Perfectly beautiful and healthy! Jabberings of Jamie, Amanda, and Kids.

I've got first day pictures of Chelsie and Amanda, but I didn't bother asking Jordan to send me a picture - I think he would have just laughed at me. Posted by John and Marjorie. http://postcardsfromtheedge-will.blogspot.com/2009/03/california-road-trip.html
CLICK HERE FOR BLOGGER TEMPLATES. Postcards from the Edge. Sunday, March 8, 2009. We also went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. If you ever find yourself out this way you really should go. It is one of the finest aquariums in the U.S. This time everyone had a great time; including Skyler. The highlight was probably the sharks but we weren't able to get a good picture (sorry). But the jellyfish were incredible and the girls loved the petting tank. March 9, 2009 at 9:20 AM. I love the pictures. New art blog :).

simpliStephanie: "I am an artist. I am here to live out loud."
http://simplistephanie.blogspot.com/2008/07/i-am-artist-i-am-here-to-live-out-loud.html
Sunday, July 13, 2008. I am an artist. I am here to live out loud.". I just made a rather daring decision. One that I'm sure distresses my parents to no end, and one that honestly scares me to the tips of my toes, but one that feels so right that there's no going against it. I decided to leave microbiology and apply for the studio arts major at BYU. A musician must make music, an artist must paint, a poet must write, if he is to be ultimately at peace with himself. What one can be, one must be.". Further...

Postcards from the Edge: Need to lose weight? No Problem!
http://postcardsfromtheedge-will.blogspot.com/2009/09/need-to-lose-weight-no-problem.html
CLICK HERE FOR BLOGGER TEMPLATES. Postcards from the Edge. Wednesday, September 9, 2009. Need to lose weight? Anyway, the surgery went well and Will was able to spend 9 days with us because of it. Any excuse to get him home. I will apparently stop at nothing to see him. I have had a bit of pain and have felt nauseated every day, though things are starting to ease now. But needless to say, the weight has been coming off very rapidly. That's the point right? I had no idea! September 9, 2009 at 5:53 PM.

simpliStephanie: Stephanie and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day
http://simplistephanie.blogspot.com/2008/06/stephanie-and-terrible-horrible-no-good.html
Sunday, June 22, 2008. Stephanie and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day. I was woken up with the worst words one can be woken up with today. Okay, well maybe not the. Words I imagine the worst words would be something like, "Stephanie, why isn't your car out front? Or, "I'm sorry, Steph, but mom/dad/Porthos died during the night," or, "FIRE! However, I think these words definitely rank in my top ten:. Okay, so it wasn't. Bad Still, sight reading piano music for a performance? Just Call Me Bett...

simpliStephanie: June 2008
http://simplistephanie.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Thursday, June 26, 2008. A Burst of Inspiration. Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of human freedoms- to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way.". So, the bottom line? I'm changing my attitude. I'm looking outward, offering help where I was demanding it, giving love instead of craving it. This summer is still redeemable, and I'm redeeming it. After all, men are that they might have joy, even when they're working fast food. Stephanie, we'r...

simpliStephanie: August 2008
http://simplistephanie.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 26, 2008. Yeah, so I've been reading my old journals today, and it turns out I was hilarious when I was little! Actually, sometimes I hope my posterity doesn't ever find my journals because of some of the things I say. Was I really ever that. well, for lack of a better word, idiotic? Anyways, here are some of my favorite quotes I've found:. And then I was like "Evan? And he was like, "Yeah," and I'm all like, "Oh my gosh, it's Evan! Dear Diary, Okay, enough of the pleasantries.

It is always nice being together and being able to play games. Wendy was especially pleased that she was able to win her first game of Ticket to Ride with the Stevens family. I think it was a red-letter day for her. Here are a few pictures from the weekend's festivities. Tuesday, November 18, 2008. My Big Fat Nazi-Run CPA Exam. My test was at...

Postcards from the Edge: Shamrock Shakes
http://postcardsfromtheedge-will.blogspot.com/2009/03/shamrock-shakes.html
CLICK HERE FOR BLOGGER TEMPLATES. Postcards from the Edge. Monday, March 16, 2009. I went to McDonalds the other day and lo and behold they had the Shamrock Shakes for Saint Patrick’s Day. I’m so happy. These shakes are awesome and have a great deal of history for me. First of all, I remember Dad taking us to get these when we lived in Chicago. We would all pile into the car and head off to the McD’s for those wonderful, green, minty concoctions. It really is a wonderful childhood memory. Mocked in the "...
