At Hen of the Wood we believe that the best-tasting food is grown locally and harvested in ways that are ecologically sound. The quest for such ingredients has always determined the restaurant’s menus. We have established a network of nearby growers, artisans, ranchers, bakers and wild crafters who, like the restaurant, are striving for both environmental harmony and delicious flavor.
