Specifically about pregnancy loss, stillbirth or early infant death. One thing that keeps getting mentioned in each book is that most people don't have friends that stand by them. Friday, August 31, 2012. To Have and to Hold. Fifty years is a long time. When something lasts 50 years we are impressed whether it is a car, a piece of furniture, or a marriage. Fifty years ago my parents stood in a church with their family and friends and they said vows that sounded a lot like this. For better or worse. They experienced both in family, with churches and with friends. F or richer, for poorer. In sickness and in health. They have experienced both and seen God carry them through.

I’m not sure what they really feel like as of yet but I know they feel NO WHERE near as hard as those hard as rock expanders! How do I feel otherwise you ask….
