It seems completely random when I feel good and when I don’t and seems unrelated to my diet. When you have rheumatoid arthritis, everything is a lot of work. Brushing my teeth or turning on my turn signal can be painful, so I’m sure preparing healthy and consistent meals is going to be hard. In the meantime, I’m diving in to all the non compliant food currently in my kitchen. Someone’s gotta eat this ice cream. One of the hardest part?
