I have been having tummy problems for a while now and I suspected (very unwillingly) that it might be a food intolerance, probably gluten. I was worried that she would put me on a gluten-free diet for a few weeks. OH HOW LITTLE I KNEW. She put me on an elimination diet. No caffeine (coffee, tea [even green tea! No nuts and seeds. No dried fruit or fruit juice.
