The Last Hero - Bookish
http://bookish.livejournal.com/3703472.html
Quoth the raven, Nevermore. May 19th, 2015 at 8:29 AM. An illustrated tale, somewhat shorter than usual, of the Discworld. Involving Cohen the Barbarian, Rincewind, and Carrot. Cohen and his Silver Horde set out, kidnapping a minstrel, to return fire to the gods. The Counterweight Continent sent word by albatross to Ankh-Morpork, where, they figure, they can do something about it. One thing they can do is figure out that the heroes plan would destroy the Discworld in minutes. Category: comics and manga.

The 1001 Books Challenge. Do we need to modify the user info? What sort of tags should we have? The 1001 Books Challenge. I've decided to launch my own book challenge for 2011. It was inspired by a shift in my reading habits this past year, in which I've begun to wander outside the sci-fi/fantasy genre that's made up about 90% of my fiction reading for most of my life. Readers (and aspiring writers) should really challenge themselves by reading in. I have started a community for this challenge,. Comments...

Quoth the raven, Nevermore. The Sea Thy Mistress" Elizabeth Bear. May 18th, 2015 at 12:29 PM. The Sea Thy Mistress is the third book in Elizabeth Bear's The Edda of Burdens series, following on from the end of both of the preceding books (All the Windwracked Stars and By the Mountain Bound). It's pretty much impossible to talk about this book without some spoilers for the other two, so be warned there are spoilers ahead even for this one. Read the rest of the review.
