Jake Bussolini started his 33 year career at Grumman in 1962 as an electrical engineer. His career covered a broad range of assignments in Engineering and Business Management. He was promoted to Corporate Vice President of Business Operations in 1985 and Senior Vice President of Strategy and Technology in 1990. He was named the lead executive assessing Grumman’s future business opportunities in 1992, an assignment that lead into partnering and merger discussions with The Northrop Corporation.
