Books I Have Known. This is my reading log. About Alice by Calvin Trillin. Reading log, Star Date 4-9-07. So since Blogger is a bastard and won’t let me have multiple pages associated with one blog, I’m setting up this new one at Word Press so that I can link to it and write on it at work without people knowing about my other, secret blog. Sunday, September 02, 2007. I am a monster. And then we find out that Easy's kidney disease has progressed (no doubt because I am a terrible person), and that she will likely need to be given fluids through an IV a few times a week for the rest of her life. We've not been told yet how much this treatment is going to cost, but I can't wait to see the look on the vet's face when I tell her we can't afford it.
