FRIDAY and SATURDAY April 28 and 29, 2017. The Washington Antiquarian Book Fair gives visitors a chance to touch, discover, and purchase rare books, manuscripts, ephemera, maps and more. The Fair was originally organized by a local independent school to fill a void that existed in the DC area. Other successful rare book fairs were held in cities like Boston, New York, and San Francisco but not in the Nation’s Capital. Many of our exhibitors have been connected to the Fair for a number of years.
