We had 3 gorgeous days of glorious sunshine and now we're back to cold and cloudy - which means I'm in a world of fibro and arthritic pain. All I want is something hot to drink. I've reached a major milestone in my weight loss journey today. I stepped on the scale this morning and now weigh. Which means I've lost 151.3. Wow, you have lost a lot of weight!
