Tuesday, December 27, 2011. Ring in the [last] New Year. I'm 26, that's only 15% of my worries. My inability to pack my lunch ties back to my lack of grocery shopping. The fact of the matter is, I'm too lazy to shop and cook for myself (also one of the many reasons why I wouldn't get a pet - if I can't feed myself, why the hell would I feed another living creature that sheds and doesn't speak my language? DUG THIS ONE OUT OF THE DRAFT BIN BUT IT STILL APPLIES:. Must I trade my low-rises for Mom-jeans?

Wednesday, November 3, 2010. As an H. R. Director I get a lot resumes, scratch that, a ton of resumes. So many resumes I don't have time to read them all. They come from e-mails, faxes, and snail mail. There are some gems in the bunch, some standout more than others for various reasons. One cover letter was closed with, "Thank you for yur time, It's Never Too Late To Lose Weight". Which I thought was quite motivational but somewhat absent minded when composing a resume cover letter. Who are the Bandits?

Monday, December 26, 2011. C Bandit takes a Vacation from Vacation. Back to life, back to reality. At this point in the game, I'm just happy to see the US again. These are things that I missed in no particular order, just in the order that I can remember:. Burgers: Bar-style and cooked medium WELL. REAL breakfast: eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns - the whole nine. This long after the trip, it's hard to remember all of the things I missed but in the moment, I was longing for the comforts of home.

When you're traveling between countries, you either fly or take a train. I chose the train because I really didn't want to deal with the airport and my baggage that was likely over the limit. You've got to throw your boomerang to get it back, otherwise you're just carrying around a bent stick! Sunday, November 28, 2010. Small whole bocconcini or larger ones sliced into quarters. 1 tablespoon fresh parsley. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Place Bocconcini in a medium sized bowl. Finely chop the herbs. Add the oil, herbs, salt and pepper to the bocconcini and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight if possible. 1/4 cup caster sugar. 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind.
