Tuesday, December 29, 2009. 40 degrees and raining. Slaved away on the indoor trainer for as long as I could stand before going crazy. If I'm not faster in 2010 than I was in 2009, its not for lack of hard work on the bike. Posted by Chad Smith. Monday, August 10, 2009. While you're at it, Lance, go ahead and try to take out LBL, and why not take a shot at Amstel Gold now that Eric Dekker and Boogart won't be there to suck your wheel the whole race? Chad's Weblog: Driveway Crit Oct 15
http://chadandnada.blogspot.com/2009/10/driveway-crit-oct-15.html
Friday, October 16, 2009. Driveway Crit Oct 15. A cool front blew in yesterday, making it windy at last night's weekly training race out at The Driveway. Usually, the race has a good turn-out. But I guess it is getting late in the year, and people are ready for the "off-season". So last night's turn-out in the P-1-2-3 race was relatively small. Maybe 30. Plus the wind deterred some folks, I think. 3rd group = 8 - 10 riders. 4th "group" = me and Joseph Lafico. Anyway, only about 13 - 15 riders finished...
