Boon's Ladakh, Dharamsala, Amritsar Trip (Aug 2012). Saturday, August 25, 2012. I was beaming with joy when I arrived in McLeod Ganj, Dharamsala. It is a nice place and I like it a lot. More importantly, it is about fulfilling a wish and journey that I did not complete, and I could finally strike off 1 item from my bucket list. 6 of us at Singapore Changi Airport. The wealth of the rich is beyond imagination, the poorest of the poor could be seen everywhere along the street. Domestic flight from Chennai to Delhi. View from Hotel (Chennai). I was quite surprised that there was limited high-rise buildings in Chennai, despite it's the fourth largest cities in India. Barber on the Street (Delhi). Back Alley of Delhi.

Boons Greece and Italy Trip (Jan 2013). Sunday, May 5, 2013. Day 1 - Athens (Greece). I took Qatar airline from Singapore to Athens, which transit at Doha. Even though I have been in Doha airport for 5-6 times already, I have never stepped out of the airport. Doha (Qatar) Skyscapers in the middle of the dessert. I know that Qatar is one of the richest countries in the world, but I am always wondering what will happen to the country when the oil reserves run out (in 25 years)? Is the cornerstone of Qatar.

SF is really nice to me, as he gave the whole studio apartment for me to use, and he and his parents (who happened to visit Japan also) were staying at his girlfriend (who was out of town) studio apartment in the same building.
