While we were in Seattle, my brother's girlfriend made us her Grandma's homemade recipe for Swedish Pancakes, of course she probably wont give me the original recipe :) For now I found this one. They were really thin and almost rubbery like a tortilla. Jennifer says, "Do not call them crepes, and never use syrup! 2 1/2 cups low-fat milk. 1 1/4 cups flour. 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted. I love simple recipes using things you already have around the house. 1 pkg (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni and Cheese. 1 lb ground beef. 1 cup TACO BELL Thick 'N Chunky Salsa. 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese. PREPARE Dinner as directed on package. Friday, February 20, 2009. Easy Italian Pasta Bake. So I made this for dinner tonight and was pleasantly surprise. I thought it would taste just like spaghetti, but it didn't. The mozzarella cheese on the top was amazing, and gave it a whole new taste. Very easy dinner, and for the extra time with baking etc, using hamburger, it was better than a hamburger helper! 1 lb extra lean ground beef. 3 cups whole wheat penne pasta, cooked, drained. 1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce. Thursday, January 8, 2009. Well there you have it. I hit the 10lb mark. I can't beleive it, as soon as the holidays were over I got right back to my diet and the pounds started falling off again. I am so excited to report progress! And extremly happy that since I started my weight watchers diet I have lost 10lbs, and since I started dieting before weight watchers, I've lost 15lbs! Highest Weight - 171lbs. Starting Weight - 165lbs. Current Weight - 1/8/09 - 154.4lbs. Weight Loss - 10.6lbs. Well Here I Am.
