I turned 4 years old today! Over the weekend we went to the Great Wolf Lodge in Kansas City and had a great time together as a family. I LOVED being in the water and learning how to float and move myself around by kicking. The slides were also lots of fun. The Booth family adventures. Saturday, March 22, 2014. Ice Castles in Breckenridge! Last December I bought a Groupon for tickets to the Ice Castle up in Breckenridge. We forgot about the tickets for awhile so we were scrambling to use them before they expired and on a day when the weather was going to cooperate. :) We finally went the weekend it was closing! It was really cool, but smaller than I thought. But it was pretty neat! It's hard to tell in the pics but that twist is probably 9 inches long!

Connor LOVES it and Briella is getting used to it. The day after Christmas we were in a blizzard warning and it actually happened! We got about 6 inches within 12 hours! Bring to a boil. Combine sugar, cinnamon and tapioca in a small bowl. Sprinkle over apples. Stir and continue to cook on medium-low until mixture starts to thicken.
