I adjusted the recipe a little by adding a pinch of salt to lemon curd and a little more lemon juice. I didn't cut the cake into three parts instead into two parts. Downstair is the theatre for Phatom of the Opera which we attended on our 2nd night there. They let their passengers off to shore to do their shopping for the day. A bus will take the passengers to town for couple of hours and in the evening they take off again. Marcus in the background.
