One thing a day to do in Brighton
Bored of Brighton: July 2010
http://boredofbrighton.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
One thing a day to do in Brighton. Friday, 2 July 2010. Today's idea - Christopher Guild (piano) "Off the beaten track". Tonight we like the sound of some little heard and somewhat neglected gems of the piano repertoire alongside masterpieces of the musical canon with a few surprised on the way! Location: St Luke's Church, Queens Park Terrace. Labels: Bosque Brown music. Thursday, 1 July 2010. Today's idea - The Basement presents Quantick, AND Lighthouse's First Monthly Media Talk. SECONDLY, The Lighthou...

One thing a day to do in Brighton. Wednesday, 31 March 2010. Today's idea - Pergolesi's Stabat Mater. It's on at 12:30 at St Nicholas Church, Dyke road - find it on the map here. And wonderfully it's all free. Tuesday, 30 March 2010. Today's idea - Precious. The pieces speak of art, and it is not always obvious how the materials started life. Waste paper and fabric are transformed, landscapes made from computer parts. Books, parts of furniture, drink cans are all reclaimed and re-made. The fascinating bu...
Bored of Brighton: January 2010
http://boredofbrighton.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
One thing a day to do in Brighton. Sunday, 31 January 2010. Today's idea - have a rummage at Art Junky 2010. Art Junky 2010 sounds not only quite grandly-named but also fun. It's an arty flea market that's taking place at the Phoenix. With a giant mishmash of 50 stalls with lots of different things. The Phoenix's Art Junkies tend to be really popular with hundreds of jumble fanatics, art enthusiasts, and other people that fall into neither category. What will these arty folk be up to next? And a map here.

Bored of Brighton: Today's idea - The Basement presents Quantick, AND Lighthouse's First Monthly Media Talk

One thing a day to do in Brighton. Thursday, 1 July 2010. Today's idea - The Basement presents Quantick, AND Lighthouse's First Monthly Media Talk. Today TWO fantastic sounding events are taking place. We recommend both wholeheartedly. Alongside the Blockhead's Chaz Jankel, and will also provide a brilliant short set. If you don't know who he is, we recommend finding out more. About the pop culture critic and finding him on Twitter @quaintick. Cost: £7.50, £5 concessions. Time: Doors 6:30pm, 7pm start.

Posted in Random thinking. On March 6, 2015 by Carina Westling. Next month it’s all outdoors for some baked potatoes, sparklers, whizz-bangs and Molotov cocktails in ‘Street-Fighting Alby’. Straight up. Gilbert, George and Alby Too Two. Posted in Random thinking. On March 6, 2015 by Carina Westling. Will Alby really get a can of worms for his tea? Who is the mysterious, yet strangely obvious nemesis like character stroking the white moggy? Do you expect me to tell you everything? And all good comic shops.

can't wait 2 emigrate
Can't wait 2 emigrate. Tuesday, August 4, 2009. Do you think if you got talking to Osama bin Laden in a pub, you’d actually think he was an alright bloke? I only ask because the one person I even remotely liked at my current job left last week. And he was a cunt. It’s really not up for discussion. Empirically he was a cunt. The man used to talk about the BNP having ‘the right idea’ and how he may have ‘accidentally’ hit his ex-girlfriend a couple of times. Word They do share several characteristics with ...
Bored of Brooklyn
Frankly, I’m getting tired of married couples, babies,. Bike rides and artisanal cheese. Brand new laptop love. In theory your pill popping party looks fun. Laguardia is a hot mess. It’s not you it’s the borough you live in. The wash and fold lady does it best. What did we do before taxis took credit cards? Sorry, I’m busy until Christmas. Bravo and wine makes everything better. Your walk up does wonders on my ass. Drink, pizza, vomit, brunch, repeat. Shake Shack twice in one week.
