Sunday, March 13, 2011. Week 1 - CHECK! I can hardly believe that I have already been in the schools for a whole week already. I SURVIVED! I love working in an actual classroom with second graders. I don't always love those second graders. but I love the experience I am getting and how much I am learning as I get to actually put my knowledge into practice. Practicum = Practice. Saturday, August 25, 2012. Let's just pretend the last 5 months didn't happen, ok? Ok Well we can't completely ignore the last 5 months because a LOT happened- - so just ignore the fact that I didn't blog a single time in that span of time. Deal? Here it is in a nutshell:. Student teaching was hard. and tiring. and awesome. and I loved/hated it. but mostly loved. :). I graduated from BYU! I was offered a job the day I graduated! Scott studied for the MCAT. EVERY. DAY. for HOURS. We bought our own car.

Sunday, February 19, 2012. So when Friday finally really did come I was so happy! I had a little work meeting to go to right after the Elementary school got out, but once that was over I was free! Scott and I had delicious Indian food with some friends from church and decided we wanted a fun relaxing weekend and didn't need any elaborate plans. Friday, July 15, 2011. Fridays are for Traveling. Friday June 17- drove to California for my family's vacation at a Beach House in Ventura. Monday, February 28, 2011. Currently, I am terrified of March. March is the month I will be working in an elementary school with a mentor teacher. I will meet my mentor teacher on Thursday. Sunday, March 18, 2012. Here in Provo we enjoyed a rather warm week where people busted out their flip flops and short sleeve shirts to enjoy the sun. But this weekend Winter shook her fist at us and said that she wasn't finished with us yet. It has been snowing most of the day up here on the mountain in our cozy little home. Scott and I ran the Rex Lee Run yesterday. There was a 5k and a 10k and there were SO MANY people there! My husband started a blog too! Check it out here: Greater Provo. In January ...

Tuesday, August 9, 2011. Owl City, Snowy Hikes, and Sunrises. I don't know how I forgot to mention that Scott and I went to an Owl City concert the week before Lake Powell!
