Green Beans, Pancetta, and Truflle Oil made into a creamy soup. Fry Pancetta in pan. Add green beans,(about 2 1/2 pounds) butter, and truffle oil. I have not met a cheese that I do not like, and of course I like some more than others. Here in Cleveland the fabulous cheese shops are limited but the markets and grocery stores carry a variety of selections nowadays. Everyone can find something tasty. I have been busy, I guess? My love of food and drink has not stopped or lessened in the least. It has increased if anything. I Clafouti sounded like such a simple and tasty dessert that I wanted to see what it was all about. Laura's most recent presentation was with Apricots.
