Our Mama’s Tales. Mbale Regional Referral Hospital. Mbale Regional Referral Hospital, Eastern Uganda. Our current project is based in Eastern Uganda where we are working hard to improve care for newborn babies at Mbale Regional Referral Hospital. We are training local staff in essential newborn care, developing local guidelines and protocols and are working in partnership with the hospital to set up and equip a functioning neonatal unit.
