Over time, I have learned to accept my worrisome nature as my identity. I still worry. But I no longer worry about worrying. I don't hide it. I am secure about my insecurity. Make that insecurities. Not sure which is right. That worries me, and I'm ok with it. Does my boss respect me? What does my staff really think of me? Will my son do drugs?
