One of my favorites from way back, this one is sweet and tart and rich at the same time and not a bit too much of either, in my humble opinion. Nowadays, martini's come in all forms, with a myriad of ingredients. One of my favorites is the smoky martini. Simply, a smoky martini is a gin martini with scotch instead of vermouth.
