They are available in stock sizes of 4 inch, 5 inch, 6 inch and 8 inch diameters, in both Redwood and Mahogany. All can be ordered up to 15 diameter in many additional woods. Custom profiles can be turned for a small set-up charge.

This air-dried solid timber when turned, is subject to checking, splitting, and deterioration. Boston Turning Works uses only the highest-grade kiln dried lumber. The stock is planed, matched for moisture content, and glued under high pressure using Isoset crosslinked polymerized adhesive.
