Botkins, Ohio Get Directions. The Botkins Carousel is the annual community festival of Botkins, Ohio as it has been since 1965. This three-day event is filled with fun for all ages. From kid's rides and activities throughout the weekend, dodgeball tournament. And 5K run on Saturday to awesome nightlife once the sun goes down.
