The toughest day of the year! December 31, 2015. I know that many of you are going to get back to camp this week and will be starting out on a cleaner nutrition plan than you may have followed the last two weeks! We have all over indulged the last few weeks! I personally think that this is the worst day of the year for me! The toughest day of the year! December 31, 2015. I know that many of you are going to get back to camp this week and will be starting out on a cleaner nutrition plan than you may have followed the last two weeks! We have all over indulged the last few weeks! I personally think that this is the worst day of the year for me! This morning was tough, when that alarm went off this morning I snoozed it, for an hour! Not a great start to the week! That is when you make the decision to go from 0-60 and get clean!
