June 29, 2013. That one time we paid $20 for a family photo session. Even though Charlie is an amazing photographer (check out his stuff at Charlie Boucher Photography. The day of the shoot was a toasty one! When we drove to the location we realized that the parking lot was full at the park and we had to park about 1/2 mile away and walk :( That was no fun at all. The boys were not happy about it and of course I wore some fancy uncomfortable shoes (which you don't see in the pictures anyway ha!

As the kids get older the traditions we do at Christmas become more important to them and its great to see them grow and cherish the memories we are making. A few things we like to do is decorate cookies and gingerbread houses. Through the years its been quite the journey from sugar messes everywhere to actual though and care put into their creations. Its still messy and crazy but totally worth it! LOVE the mustache kit my sis brought! How cute is this?
