How far in advance should I book my party? Parties should be booked as far in advance as possible, try to book 2 weeks in advance during the winter. Is the deposit refundable? Refundable. We can move the date for you if your child is sick at no extra cost. After moving your party. Date twice, there will be an addition charge of $25. How early should guests arrive? Guests should arrive about 5 minutes before the party, guests will need to sign waivers, review BOUNCIN' BEARS rules. Set up and Clean up?
