I have a bit of a back problem so I follow the advice of my physical therapist and stretch whenever possible at stops. Here’s a photo of my roadside ritual. Today was a climbing day. These three, Scott, Larry and Steve, worked hard to best each other. I was never there to see the outcome, but this photo and the next one show lead changes. The group pushes along the windy asphalt.
