My Speck on the World. Thursday, November 27, 2014. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with the Callahan Clan this year. We ate a lot of wonderful turkey. Tons of great treats. Plus lots of good laughs. Thanks Alice and Dion for hosting a great meal. Some people ate maybe to much sugar. Other the perfect amount. I set a goal to run 5, 5K's in one year and today I met my goal. Alice and I were a little goofy before the race and I may have sang a song or two out loud while we ran. Now on to the next one.

My Speck on the World. Tuesday, March 31, 2015. With everybody settled in we started our VERY long drive to Seattle. Of course with little kids we had to make pit stops at some questionable places, this one was the craziest I have every seen. Not only was it called 'Middle of Nowhere' but it had animals out front. My Speck on the World. Wednesday, December 31, 2014. I have to admit I had forgotten what my goals were for last year so I went back and read them again. 1- Family scripture study. We did better and have now started reading in the morning which has really helped. 2- Saying YES more to the kids. Still working on this. 3- Smile, I just get going in the day and forget sometimes to smile. Being happy more is on my list for next year. 5- Spend more one on one time with the kids. My Speck on the World. Friday, July 24, 2015. 24th BBQ and Minute 2 Win-it games. Alice hosted the 24th BBQ and Minute 2 win-it games. They took a lot of focus. After all the rounds and the points were added we had a 3-way tie. Going to the final round for the win was. I am proud to say that Jacob came home with the win! Sara took 2nd and Qourt brought up the rear. After the Valentines race (that Alice was sick during) we have not been eager to sign up for another but we finally did. Sunday, July 12, 2015.
