Saturday, August 15, 2015. Goat Rock Ranch: Chickens Little. Here's an interesting thing about (our) chickens. They're lazy. Who knew? They go to bed early, sleep really late and finally venture out of their house in the evening to eat a bite, take a few drinks of water and go back to bed/roost. They are all kinds of fun, though, and the whole family is enjoying them. :). Here is L with Hazel. And me with Ruby. The boys go out several times a day to check on them and make sure they have plenty of water.
