We splurged and went out to a nice restaurant in downtown Pittsburgh to celebrate. Our dinners were very good and we had a nice bottle of wine. I can't believe it's already been a year! Wednesday, August 12, 2009. So the day had come to move Carter and Jacob into big boy beds. I was excited and sad all at the same time. Excited for them to be getting their very special big boy beds, but sad that we were taking down the cribs. They are just growing up so fast! Yay for big boy beds. Personally, I think that worrying about it brings on a smooth transition. At least, worrying seemed to work for us. :). August 12, 2009 at 6:14 PM. Glad everything went well. Cute bedding, BTW.
