Who wants to spend their weekend (or weeknight) making a whole bunch of food that you can’t sit down and eat immediately after it’s done? Brilliant.), frozen vegetables, and some raisins or craisins. I don’t know if it is my recent lack of sleep, the new year or spring fever (or maybe all three), but I am yearning to throw out the old and bring in the new…EVERYTHING! I want to reorganise, rearrange and redecorate my home, I then want to put my house on the market and buy another one to rearrange and redecorate! It is completely bizarre and although I am mentally enthusiastic, my body just screams “NOOOOOO!
