Time to get the hustle in the bustle. or at least in your hedgerow as you try to build that stairway to heaven. (Possibly obscure Led Zep reference.). We spoke to our friend and realtor last night. Guess what? Richmond and Barbour are both closed. Right now, we are weighing the options. We may wholesale to someone else, convert one to a rental, and/or go for the whole fix and flip scenario.
