Rants, laughs, giggles and naps. I thought the world should know about this amazing and quite random band, so I thought I would show the small few of the global population who read my blog instead! There is this (quite handsome) band called the Red Hot Chili Pipers from Scotland. It is in fact spelled correctly. They do covers of popular tunes on the pipes and they work quite well! Rants, laughs, giggles and naps. Mushy peas and empty microwaves. I can never decide if I like mushy peas or not. My friend once poured a bowl of mushy peas on my head and they went up my nose and ears and everything! I didn’t eat them for a long time after that. The last few years I’ve started eating them again, with a lot of trepidation. I can’t fully decide if I like them or not. Anyway I had them last night and tonight for dinner. I still don’t know. Rants, laughs, giggles and naps. Someone told me that at one point! Move forward to about three weeks ago (the week before Scotland) and I went back to docs because the pain was still there. Another course of antibiotics was given and a recommendation to get a hearing test as my hearing was getting progressively worse. The doc said there was something wrong but he wasn’t overly sure. And they can decide what to do then. This ear infection in October is costing me a lot of money. Red Hot Chili Pipers.

Rants, laughs, giggles and naps. There is this radio tower I can see from my bedroom window. It has been there for years. I remember thinking aliens were coming for me when I was younger because of the way it lit up at night. It used to really freak me out. I had awful nightmares and used to sit and watch it, believing that if they knew I was aware of them, they would leave me in peace. Maybe my aliens are coming for me after all this time. My First Book Launch! January 25, 2016. On January 16, 2016, I realized a lifelong dream. I held a book in my hands and stroked the velvety cover, filled with joy that between those pages, there was a story in there that I had written. Best of all, I had my 5-year-old son Preston by my side. The book launch was held in the new Red Room venue at Taipei Air Force Base.
