I have always loved the Fire Roasted Tomato soup at Paradise Bakery and wanted to find a similar recipe. I have this a try and it was delicious! Serve with bread sticks. 2 1/2 pounds Roma tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise. 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided. Salt and pepper, to taste, for seasoning tomatoes. 1 medium onion, chopped.

http://millieforthemoment.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Just Pretending for the Moment. It occurred to me that I spend the majority of my life pretending I know what I'm doing. I just wonder from one life situation to another with a smile and a prayer that no one calls my bluff. A lot of the wonderfully awkward moments that I skate my way through will never come around again, so I figure I might as well share them. Wednesday, May 29, 2013. Thursday, May 23, 2013. One Month Old.(I'm a little late). She doesn't quite fit but she had a good nap anyway. Snuggling...

Saturday, November 20, 2010. Feeding the crazy ducks. Warning: they will bite. Mikey loved the pigs. Tractors around every corner. talk about a little boys dream. They loved running through the maze. I need one in my yard to wear him out every day. Michael was not too excited about wearing his dragon costume out trick-or-treating, but he loves wearing it around our house. He likes to chase you around blowing "fire" on you. but in his case it's just spit. Monday, November 15, 2010. Our race car drivers.
