That makes me feel great like things are starting to move and go my way. I really do not think I will believe it until I see under 230. Meal 1 : a banana. Boiled egg, coffee. JAY ON THE WAY. Jays dailey food intake. Thursday, January 8, 2009. Okay so now that I have visited a few sites I see what more I need to do. Well this week 1 has been up and down. Up meaning that I am actuall. News with this I have seen a 3lb loss, but I am sure this is just fluid and it will be back. I will really think that I have made some progress when I get under 230lbs only 4 more to reach that goal. I will write more later before the game! January 8, 2009 at 7:33 PM. Good day to all!
