How do I even begin to describe the extreme amount of emotions I have felt this past week? Needless to say, there was a lot of painting and nudity at her birthday party. The daily Boyea musings, as seen through my mothering eyes. Sunday, June 20, 2010. Anyone who knows us knows that we are extremely different. He likes death metal and I like Pearl Jam. He likes deer meat and I could live without meat. He's a night owl and I wake up at 6:30am. He's antisocial and I'm a social butterfly. We find our love important enough to work hard at meeting each other half way, to learn our common ground and appreciate our differences. With our first babes. Ode to the postpartum bladder.

There are some things that I feel so strongly about that I would possibly shout them from the rooftops. Perhaps I would shout " I love Luca! Or " Life is Grand! However, i would never shout anything about genitalia. On my house, and there aren't very many things I feel more passionate about. In fact, I wouldn't ever write anything on our house, not even in 12 point font with a sharpie.

The daily Boyea musings, as seen through my mothering eyes. Sunday, June 6, 2010. I screamed, threw the centipede on the floor. She began to cry and I did about 6 more sweeps of her mouth. I'm not sure what I thought I would find.how many centipedes did I think she would put in there? The centipede was missing all it's legs, which i found individually stuck to a very drooly left hand. Bleck. I'm thinking I'm probably not in the running for mother of the year anymore. Damn. June 6, 2010 at 6:06 PM.
