As we wheeled our bikes out the hotel door it started to rain with a strong southerly wind. It was good to be back on the road again and at least our biking weather has been consistent. Thursday, October 2, 2008. 2nd October 2008, Day 22 Back to Frankfurt. Today dawned as a grey and damp morning with the threat of rain. It was market day in Salzburg. While Geoff (1) and Peter paid for their breakfast at the hotel, Geoff (2) and Brian had a leisurely awakening and decided to have their breakfast at the market. Wednesday, October 1, 2008. 30th September 2008, Day 21 tourists in Vienna. Meanwhile Geoff (2) and Brian experimented with the trams and had a most enjoyable 4 hours seeing everything in the museum. Itr is one of the best collections in Europe and a fantastic look at 500 years of history in Europe. Some very interesting dinner conversations will come from this.
